Galaxy SDepending on the file type, you would need to download / open the file with the app that supports it...ie: .pdf you would open it with a pdf reader. jpg with an image viewer.
Don't open any files that you don't know it's origin.

Galaxy SThen you will need to restore the data with the Samsung Cloud. It should be encrypted so there's no practical way for you to view the data, just the restored data that was backed up for the app that was backed up.. ie: if you backed up the data for Samsung Health for example, you can't view the data itself, but you can see that Samsung Health was restored... if that's clear... in a convoluted way lol

Galaxy SGuess that it depends on what data is in the file, I haven't actually bothered to look myself. Just looking at it logically. something like call logs are likely to be in a simple format and thus easier to read.
