How to disable Notification Panel on Lock Screen?

Hello. I tried to find a way to disable access to the pull down Notification Panel straight from the lock screen, but can't seem to find it. Does anybody know how to do it, specifically on S8/S8+? I want the notification panel only to be visible on Home Screen when I pull it.

@RichMan you can disable notifications from appearing on the lockscreen but I dont think it is possible to disable the quick toggles.

I too was looking for a way to do this exact thing. For privacy reasons. I want to be able to still see notifications come through, but not be able to pull down that drawer for prying eyes.
