Hi im in india. I'm using glaxy S9 Canada model. How can I enable VOLTE on my device. If any one knows please help me.

Pretty sure that the Carrier in India has to support it.

@murali88, the VoLTE option is found in settings/Connections/Mobile Networks

But as @ShaggyskunkS9P mentioned, of your carrier doesn't support VoLTE, the option will not be there.

If they do support it, then your device needs to be on their firmware.

Good frickin luck. I can't even enable it here in Canada with the S9 Canadian model on a carrier that supports VoLTE go figure.

it has to be a carrier branded device as it has to have their firmware, its not just hardware

@thebigguy, I even have the carrier's CSC so essentially no difference between one purchased from the carrier and mine.

Hey @murali88, as others have said your carrier needs to support it, and your device must be on their firmware.

@theonecid, I have a Note 9 that was giving to me from Samsung for attending the Unpacked in August, so it's not carrier branded, I'm with Virgin Mobile, I have their firmware installed and VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling both work. Who's your carrier?

@Cprice, mine is Fido. So maybe they operate differently.
