How to restore deleted samsung notes

Hello, how can I restore deleted samsung notes if it doesn't appear in "account and backup"?

It is possible that any deleted notes show up in the "trash".
You could try these suggestions:
1) Go into Samsung Notes
2) Tap on the stack of 3 lines (top left side of screen)
3) Tap on trash
4) Tap on the deleted note you want then it should ask if you want to restore.
5) Follow the instructions to get the message back
