I get an error message when I want to record video above 30fps with other camera applications

Why can't I record high bitrate video with Samsung S20 Fe with other camera apps? I bought the phone, the gimbal and their apps (Zhiyun stacam or filmicpro) but I get an error message (Error occurred in high frame rate due to the limitation of the phone system. The camera will reboot and the parameters will be reset. Although I try to record video above 720p and 30 fps. are you serious? So a well-established Samsung company is pushing people to buy iPhones?

According to your screenshot, it could be the app problem. The S20FE support video recording in following spec:

3840x2160 (4K UHD) (60 fps)

1920x1080 (Full HD) (240 fps)

1280x720 (HD) (960 fps)

If you use built-in Camera app, the video recording should work.
