Galaxy SLast year, I faced a challenging situation upon moving from India to Canada. My Samsung A52s, purchased in India, developed a camera malfunction within months. Unfortunately, attempting a repair at a Canadian service center proved unsuccessful as they don't service internationally purchased models. This rendered my practically new phone unusable.
This experience prompted me to research Samsung's international warranty policies. My research revealed similar cases with flagship phones like the S24 Ultra, raising concerns about their approach to international customers.
While I acknowledge the existence of warranty limitations, the complete lack of service options for internationally purchased phones, even premium models, presents a significant inconvenience. This experience has undoubtedly influenced my future purchasing decisions regarding Samsung products.
It would be beneficial if Samsung could re-evaluate its policies, considering the needs of its global customer base. Ideally, exploring options to either extend Samsung Care coverage or offer alternative service solutions for these internationally purchased devices, especially premium phones, would be highly appreciated.

Galaxy SAfter reading few posts in this forum regarding international support for premium models and also after confirmation from Samsung support desk, I have decided to not buy any Samsung phone.

Galaxy SI'm frustrated with Samsung refusing to service international models of their products, even if the customer is willing to pay. This lack of support feels disrespectful to customers who have invested significant money in their brand.
Apple, to my understanding, offers paid repair services for their products, regardless of whether they are international models, and doesn't direct customers to unofficial repair shops.

Galaxy SI'm also having this exact issue. Phone bought at AT&T. Moved back to Serbia, bought original Samsung Trio 65W charger....phone worked normally for 2 months and then just stopped to fast charge with 65 or 45 Samsung charger and few different cables.
Now, not a single one authorised service here wants to touch it because: "Samsung will not send us parts for phones from American market". You can offer to pay for all expenses but they just dont care.
Shame on you Samsung !
