Hey Guys, I’m struggling with Samsung Wallet on my international Galaxy S25 Ultra in Canada. It shows “roll out is in progress” and doesn’t work with Canadian banks. Plus, Samsung Wallet isn’t in the Galaxy Store (only Play Store, but still fails). I bought it from Amazon in Dubai, and it’s a Kazakhstan model. Has anyone fixed Samsung Wallet on an international S25 Ultra (CAC CSC) in Canada? Did a Samsung service center reflash to a Canadian CSC under warranty, or was there a cost? Any firmware updates or workarounds (besides Google Wallet)? Anyone who can guide me to sort this out. This is super annoying on a flagship! Thanks!

You can't get Samsung Wallet to work on a device from another country.

If you had installed Samsung Wallet in Dubai, you could use Bank cards from Dubai anywhere your Bank cards are accepted..

Your only option is to use Google Wallet.

Hi Bikki548,

As mentioned by RedDogRabbit, Samsung Wallet is region-locked. If your device was purchased outside of Canada, it may not support credit or debit cards issued by Canadian banks, even if you've changed your Samsung Account region. The device itself remains tied to its original CSC (Country Specific Code), which controls feature availability based on the region.

Thank you RedDogRabbit for sharing this helpful information!
