Is there a defect with my S23 ulrra back glass?

As you can see from the image on the top right, in the back of my S23 Ultra, the back panel seems to be splitting. There are multiple other points on the back that appear to have some lifting. I have not done anything to warrant this issue.

I would return/replace immediately before your time period/warranty etc. Run out. And call for a manager, don't do this on chat. Your warranty will definitely expire if you chat!

Do it within 48hrs or else Samsung will give you the runaround for replacement!

Loool good luck Samsung doesn't care about the 48 hours or the warranty ... So they will deny the replacement .... I spend 4 hours on the phone yesterday nobody knows nothing in that company lol ... But sorry for that .. hope u have a better experience.

For my case they say to remove the transparent protective film on the phone that comes with it ...because of the bubble inside the phone ... But we don't have a freaking transparent protective film loool they are clueless and look like NPC
