Galaxy S@Kinsley and @Cassidy says, wipe the cache. It's actually riddled through this forum how most would agree a backup with smartswitch and factory reset is best before a major update, but short of that, the wipe partition can help after the fact.
I would add...
in case it's a coincidence, restart your router /modem, they do flip after awhile 🤷 at least mine I need to restart every other month and get new ones every other year, again it's probably a wipe cache thingy but it's still a good thing to do 🤷

Galaxy SIf you are using router connected to modem. Try power cycle down and up. Turn off router first than the modem. When powering up, turn on modem first and wait for it to fully connect to isp. Then turn on router and check.
