is there a way to hide finger print sensor on "always in display" for One UI 2?

I'm using Holey Light and the finger print is always showing is there a way to turn it off? I just want a black screen with the notification light.

I don't use Holey Light but you might have an option in the Holey Light settings to turn it off. I use Always On Edge on my Note 10+ and the finger print didn't show when I get a notification.

Hi @zicdeh,

The icon can actually be turned off! If you go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Fingerprints > Show icon when screen is off

I think right now, yours would be set to "On Always On Display". You can tap that and change when you want it to show(Tap to show, Never)
