Is there an stock issue with the s21 ultra 512gb version in Canada?

I'm having a lot of issues with getting my S21 ultra black, really disappointed with the shipping process until now it have been more than 1 week waiting and no notification, nothing yet. Countless times tried reaching customer service but they say it will be shipped soon and nothing changes quite frustrating all this. I hope some one has more information as i'm thinking on  cancelling that order and leaving samsung if this continues.

I got my Phantom Black Ultra within 10 days of ordering so I can't really complain but it has been a fustrating experience for many here. I have a 25w charging brick on order for almost 2 weeks and nothing so far. It's been on preparing dispatch for over 10 days. Patience is key with Samaung.. lot's of it!

yeah you're right and well unfortunately it's an issue that they are not able to handle well; shipping and communication. Congrats on your phone! are you enjoying it?

True, plus having a few wireless chargers around the house makes the wait easier.

lol , i got mine around 10 days ago. It came in a bigger box than the phone box.
