Galaxy SNo issues with Data on my S20 Ultra running One UI V3.0.
Since you've already done the logical steps, I'd contact your carrier and get them to GIVE you a replacement SIM card. It's either a faulty SIM, or your location.

Galaxy SYeah, if your old SIM was scratched / damaged that would very likely cause network connectivity problems.
Hopefully the problems you were experiencing are resolved with the new SIM, I've got a feeling that they will be.
