Ever since download Android 11 my network data keep disconnecting I did factory reset 4 time and reset network coupe times always the same. Always have to restart s20 ultra daily now to resolve my problems. Does anybody have issues with their devices since Android 11

No issues with Data on my S20 Ultra running One UI V3.0.

Since you've already done the logical steps, I'd contact your carrier and get them to GIVE you a replacement SIM card. It's either a faulty SIM, or your location.

old sim card was scratch up from switching phone to much, now I hope new sim card doesn't give me problem

Yeah, if your old SIM was scratched / damaged that would very likely cause network connectivity problems. 

Hopefully the problems you were experiencing are resolved with the new SIM, I've got a feeling that they will be.

What phone do you have? 

A new motherboard seems to be unusual to need replacing? 

But good that it's working now 👍
