Well, there's Google, Oppo, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Sony, Poco, Honor..etc,  but if you want an Android with arguably the best hardware.. Samsung is the best choice.

Are they all selling in Canada? I don't trust Google; they might stop selling phones at any time. They do have a history of abandoning products. And, as you said, their hardware isn't the best. None of these companies offer timely software updates except Google. Only Google and Samsung offer seven years of software and security updates.

Yes, they are all available and sold in Canada.. I wouldn't have included them if they weren't. 

There's a few other lesser known Android devices that are also sold in Canada, but mostly junk.
