It says my phone is rooted?

When I try to use knox or s health it says error x and then a bunch of random numbers generated that are always different every time. I never rooted my phone can someone help me please?

The something must have tripped your knox counter. You might want to contact samsung customer support to see if they can do anything since when the knox counter is tripped samsung apps will cease to operate due to security reasons at 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864)
