Galaxy SSounds like a good time to back up your device with smart switch to a computer or other device and back up to the Samsung cloud in case there is something you find you just can't live without from what was on your device and have it to restore if need be and then factory reset your device and change all your passwords at the same time and restore nothing unless it is what you cannot live without after giving it some time to get rid of your hacker.
Restoring anything could possibly let the hacker back into your device
This is what I would do if I was having your problem
