Low brightness while watching content

I bought samsung s23 ultra last week but I am having brightness issue while watching Netflix and othe download movies I am not able to use full brightness access while watching content. I appreciate if samsung can fix this issue or give me another alternative setting otherwise I have to return this device and buy google pixel 7 pro with better performance. Thanks

Go to Settings > Advanced Features > Video Brightness & Toggle on "Bright" for the Video Apps you want to increase the Brightness for

Hi, as adviced by RedDogRabbit please toggle on Bright feature in the Video brightness.

Also, please check if there is any update for the Netflix app and also we recommend you to clear cache for the app.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
