Anyone having problems with watching HDR content on their devices? Ever since the new oneui 4 and Android 12 update came out i am unable to display HDR content. I've tried Netflix , YouTube and even Amazon Prime and none of them are working . I used to be able to distinguish the brightness from SDR content from HDR , but now all HDR videos are the same brightness as normal SDR. I've played with Video brightness I turned it off and on and tested it on both settings, and even before I couldn't adjust the brightness when I'd watch HDR videos but now I can like it's a normal video. It used to say Brightness was controlled by a separate app. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Don't know why you included the S10 & S20 in the title, since only the S21 series received the One UI V4.0 update, & even at that, not everyone had received it before it was pulled by Samsung?

Wait for the fixed version to be released & see if you still have the same issue.

Funny cause I'm literally using my S10 international version ...and I updated it on the 7th of January 2 days before u posted this here. I only put in the s20 and s21 to attract more people to answer since S10 is an older phone. Should do a little more research before typing in an "answer", should revoke ur "expert level 4" to level Negative 4 .Screenshot_20220113-211329_Settings_79891_1642126409.jpgScreenshot_20220113-211522_Settings_79892_1642126522.jpg

Well, including devices that you don't have & not specifying that you have the Exynos variant, isn't exactly going to help you.

Different devices with different chips can have issues that are unique to a specific device.

It's my first time posting here. For an expert you should had the common courtesy to help people instead of wording it like someone don't know sh1t. It's a help forum. I asked for help instead I got " why would you" . If you don't know the problem please go find something more productive and let the real experts help . Unless u can provide me with the proper information then thank you and have a good night

lol, that's hilarious that you want "proper information", when you didn't provide it from the beginning.

"I only put in the s20 and s21 to attract more people to answer" Not helpful in getting help.

Lose the asinine attitude as well.

Hi, we suggest you to update the apps and uninstall and re-install them and check if the issue still remains.
