Galaxy SI've been experiencing an issue since the Galaxy S22 Ultra, and it persists on my brand new S25 Ultra with One UI 7/Android 15 (as well as the phones in between). I did not restore from my previous phone, but set it up as a brand new phone.
In the Samsung Calendar app, Outlook calendars are duplicated daily. However, when I check my calendar via the Outlook web version (https://outlook.live.com/calendar/), everything appears correctly - only one instance of each calendar exists.
I was hoping that with Samsung's latest and greatest, the S25 Ultra, this issue would finally be resolved, but unfortunately, it’s still happening. The duplication problem only affects Outlook calendars: Gmail calendars within the Samsung Calendar app do not have this issue. This suggests the problem is specific to Outlook integration.
I've tested multiple Outlook email accounts, and they all experience the same duplication, so it's not account-specific. Over the years, I’ve seen many posts online about this issue, yet it still hasn’t been fixed.
Does this need to be addressed by Microsoft, or is it something Samsung needs to fix?

Galaxy SHi DrZoo,
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience calendar duplication issues, especially when setting up a new device.
Since you've noticed this problem across multiple devices, it may be related to the sync process between Samsung Calendar and Outlook. To help resolve this, please try the following steps:
Remove and Re-add Outlook Account: Go to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Manage Accounts. Select your Outlook Account and tap Remove Account. Restart your device and re-add the account in Samsung Calendar.
Verify Samsung Calendar Sync Settings: Open Samsung Calendar. Tap Menu > Manage Calendars. Check if the same Outlook calendar appears multiple times and disable any duplicatesm
Try Syncing via Microsoft Exchange Instead: Go to Settings > Accounts and Bmackup > Manage Accounts > Add Account. Select Exchange instead of Outlook and enter your Outlook email credentials
Clear Samsung Calendar Data & Resync: Navigate to Settings > Apps > Samsung Calendar. Tap Storage > Clear Data & Clear Cache. Restart your phone and allow time for a full resync
If the issue persists, we recommend also checking if the Outlook app itself syncs correctly or trying an alternative calendar app such as Google Calendar.
Your feedback is valuable, and we will bring this to our team for further review.
Thank you.

Galaxy SHi Helena,
I should mention that I posted about this issue here a year ago without any response from Samsung or mods. There are also almost 3500 views on that post which tells me many customers are suffering from this same issue. You can see my original post here: https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s/calendar-apps-duplicating-multiple-calendars-on-phone-o...
I also posted about it on Reddit which has over 7700 views and lots of discussion: https://www.reddit.com/r/samsung/comments/191yiyk/android_14_update_duplicated_all_my_calendars/
I should mention that switching devices did not resolve the issue. The issue also exists on my Galaxy Tab A9+. I also want to mention that I've have previously tried all the troubleshooting steps listed above and none have fixed the problem. This issue is specifically tied ONLY to Microsoft email accounts. And oddly, these duplicate calendars do not exist at all when logging into your Microsoft Account directly on a PC. The duplicates only exist on our Samsung devices.
Lastly, I've also spoken with Samsung technical support. They tried to resolve this issue using remote assistance but failed to resolve it as well. I truly hope this "problem" gets some attention as it's obviously a problem affecting many, many customers. In fact, many may be completely unaware of it without checking in the calendar app.

Galaxy SI have been having this problem as well for some time now. I have done the steps mentioned above and this continues to happen. This seems to be more Samsung Calendar app related more than anything else. Hopefully Samsung will actually do something about it this time.
