Galaxy SDepending on the device, it MIGHT be Google Messages, as Samsung is recommending to use Google Messages rather than Samsung's Messages app.
Check to see which one you are using.
If it's Samsung's download the Google Messages app from the Play Store & set it as your Default Messaging app.
See if that fixes the issue for you?

Galaxy SSo I'm a wee bit of technotard & my phone updated overnight.
After said update I no longer have my notifications for my voice-mail ¿? I've gotta go & look up my voice-mail number in my contacts to receive my messages !!¡
Can anyone advise me on how to fix this ??
I'm utterly confused
Thanx in advance

Galaxy SThat is a strange one..
Normally voice mail is controlled by your Carrier, so I would Contact them and ask them to check on their side.

Galaxy SHi Sukhpreet,
As adviced by our Community members, we recommend you to please switch to Google messages instead of preloaded Samsung Messages App.
Download from Google Play store > Google Messages and set as default. Google Messages ensures a smarter experience through AI suggestions and automatic organization.
Thank you.
