After updating to the latest One UI 7 patch on my S25 Plus, the Modes and Routines feature stopped working. I’m unable to set any conditions, as it only shows a blank screen.

I’ve already tried clearing cache and data for the app and restarted the phone multiple times, but the issue still persists.

Can anyone help with this?

Modurile și rutinele sunt oficial moarte după ultima actualizare.

I have been experiencing the same issue on my S25 Ultra lately. I have tried all the recommendations (clearing Modes and Routines cache & data, restarting phone, checking "appearing on top", clearing cache partition, uninstalling updates and re-updating, uninstalling Good Lock Routines +). None of these have provided any solution. I have lost all my custom modes and routines in the process.

The phone is 100% up to date in terms of software and security patches, Android / System updates, Galaxy Store & Play Store app updates.

This post is 10 days old, how many error reports have to be submitted before the issue is corrected?

I have exactly the same issue with my S25 Plus. It started after the recent update.

It's broken on s24 Ultra too.

Same here, tried all recommended fixes and none have worked. Short of doing a factory reset. Which I really don't want to do.

Samsung, fix this?

I have noticed this issue within the last few days now as well. I noticed that one of my location dependent routines had not triggered this past weekend. The troubleshooting steps offered by Samsung have not fixed the problem and have resulted in me no longer having ANY routines (since clearing the data erases them all). I have found this very annoying since some of my routines (like sleep mode) also changed settings on my Samsung fit 3 - those are no longer working either. In fact I can't even enable sleep mode on my Fit 3 now.

I tried to set up my routines again but I am unable to do so. To start with I get a spinning wheel that lasts for almost 2 minutes before it allows me to even interact with the screen upon opening the modes and routines menu. When I try to edit a mode the screen freezes for about a minute again before I can even scroll. Once the screen unfreezes, I cannot enable the mode nor set any conditions. It allows me to open the conditions menu but the search comes up empty no matter what I try. And I should mention here that this behavior is exactly the behavior that this menu was giving me before I tried the troubleshooting steps in this thread as well as after. The troubleshooting did not impact this behavior at all.

Seems like an update Samsung pushed out that broke these.

FWIW I'm on a Samsung Galaxy s25. All software is up to date on both my phone and the aforementioned Fit 3, and I have already done all the troubleshooting steps recommended in this thread with ZERO improvement. Hopefully this is something Samsung takes seriously as this is a big quality of life feature for both my phone and watch.
