Galaxy SI would probably go to Settings > Apps > Modes & Routines > Scroll down to Storage & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the app > Reboot and set up your Modes & Routines fresh.. See if that works for you?

Galaxy SHi Kathrin1,
Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with Modes and Routines after updating to One UI 7. It sounds like a frustrating experience, especially when routines aren’t triggering as expected or custom settings aren’t being applied.
As adviced by RedDogRabbit, Clearing both Cache and Data for the Modes & Routines app can help resolve issues related to corrupted app data that may have occurred after the update.
If that doesn't work you can also try few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve this:
It sounds like you’ve already remade some routines, but it might help to reset the entire Modes and Routines settings: Go to Settings > Modes and Routines > More Options (three dots) > Reset to default settings.
This will reset everything back to the default, so you’ll need to reconfigure your routines and modes afterward, but it can help resolve any underlying issues caused by the update.
Since some of your routines are based on Wi-Fi, make sure the location permissions and Wi-Fi settings are configured properly: Go to Settings > Apps > Modes and Routines > Permissions and ensure that location and Wi-Fi permissions are enabled.
Double-check that your Wi-Fi settings are stable and that your phone is correctly detecting your network.
Clear Cache Partition: Sometimes clearing the cache partition can help resolve issues that arise after updates.
-
Turn off your phone.
-
Press and hold Volume Up + Power to enter Recovery Mode.
-
Use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe Cache Partition, then press Power to select it.
Once complete, reboot the phone and check if the issue persists.
Thank you.
