Move edge panel?

Newbie type question here.  For some reason I can't figure out how to move my edge panel handle to the right side??    It used to be an option I thought.

Hey stmax,
By default, the edge panel handle will appear on the right side of the screen. If you prefer to change the location, you can change this to better suit your needs. You can also change the color of the handle, how high up the screen it appears and the size and transparency.
Please follow the steps below on your device and get back to us with the results.
1. Swipe the edge panel handle towards the center of the screen
2. Tap the settings cog at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap the more options(3 dots icon). It will appear as three dots at the top right of the screen.
4. Tap Handle settings
5. Tap Left or Right to choose which side of the screen the edge panel handle will appear on.
6. Drag the edge screen handle up or down to change where on the screen the handle will appear.
7. If you would like to keep the handle in this position, tap Lock handle position.

That's just it. Handle settings seems to be gone for me now.

Try go to Settings → Display → Edge panels

Make sure is enabled.

If you click on it, you can choose different colors, lock the handle ... etc.

Thank you! I swear that's new. I thought the option used to be through the settings icon on the panel itself.
