My Files Network Storage One UI7 Issue

Network storage in My files app doesn't work in one ui7 does anyone know?

What's your storage configuration, and if applicable, was it configured by corporate mdm applied policy?

Of the later reach out to your corporate IT Dept have them check, they'll make any necessary changes, and relish the mdm policy to replace faulty configuration policy. Likely if this is how it was set didn't account for OS update & and chagrin to the UI

Thanks for the update! When you say It’s not even installing, are you referring to: The My Files app update?  Or the Network Storage service/component within One UI 7?

Could you please share what exactly you’re trying to install?

Hi, when I'm going to the my files app and click the Network storage option this happens.

This has been a somewhat common problem - I ran into it in the past. I can't remember right now what the solution is, but if you do a Google search for it you might find an answer.

I googled it more 100 times but can't find a solution

Can you try:

Settings -> Apps -> My Files -> 3 dots on top right -> Uninstall updates.

Then try access Network Storage again.

Mine doesn't have three dots.
