Galaxy SOf the later reach out to your corporate IT Dept have them check, they'll make any necessary changes, and relish the mdm policy to replace faulty configuration policy. Likely if this is how it was set didn't account for OS update & and chagrin to the UI

Thanks for the update! When you say It’s not even installing, are you referring to: The My Files app update? Or the Network Storage service/component within One UI 7?
Could you please share what exactly you’re trying to install?

Galaxy SSettings -> Apps -> My Files -> 3 dots on top right -> Uninstall updates.
Then try access Network Storage again.
