You can start by Booting into Recovery & Wipe Cache.
No idea what you mean by "#'s"?
If you still have issues, backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.
You could also try Booting into Safe Mode and see if the issues persist.
You could also wait for one of Samsung's Moderators to give you the same advice.
