Galaxy SGo to the Google Play Store and search for "Samsung Clock". If it's not installed, install it.

Galaxy SHi TsVersace,
On Samsung devices, the Clock app is a core system feature, and while it cannot be fully deleted, it can sometimes be moved into a folder, disabled, or accidentally hidden.
As @RedDogRabbit correctly noted, you can often resolve this by visiting the Galaxy Store. Look up 'Samsung Clock' and select Install or Update to restore the app to your home screen.

Galaxy SActually, the Samsung Clock on my S25 Ultra, is NOT a System App, and can be Uninstalled.
It is not just any Updates that can be Uninstalled, it is the complete application that can be Uninstalled.
