What device do you have, and what is the Connection you are using.. ie: Cell Data or WiFi?

I don't think that it's the phone, but it could be the available data speed of the Network 🤔

My S23 Ultra and the streaming services I use show HD or "best quality".

I don't use Netflix, but Amazon, Paramount, Disney, Spotify, etc.

Maybe Contact Netflix?

Streaming services are either getting more expensive, or reducing the quality of their services.. unfortunately.

Hi Urielkzzz,

If your S23 Ultra shows only SD playback on Netflix despite supporting HD and having a premium 4K plan, try  checking app Settings. Please ensure the Netflix app settings are configured for high-quality playback (Settings > Playback Settings).

Clear Cache and Clear Data. Go to Settings > Apps > Netflix > Storage, and clear cache and data.

If nothing works, try contacting Netflix support regarding this issue, as they might assist you accordingly.

Thank you.
