Did you check the Netflix help home? It could depend of your internet speed connection, your Netflix subscription plan, the availability of the 4K or HDR for a serie/film (have to see the 4K - HDR logo beside the description of the serie/film you want to see). Screenshot_20230729_185241_Chrome.jpg

It's over 100mbps but I'm using mobile data is it because of that?

Maybe it’s because it’s a download? If you watch it in streaming, do you see it in HDR?
