Samsung S23 ultra overheat at 34 degrees

My Samsung S23 ultra overheat and I couldn't use it Outdoor at the beach while it's only 34 degrees in British Columbia, Canada. 

How about if I use it in Middle_East or Africa!!

Can't imagine!

Limit the number of open apps, and their background usage (no that is a normal thing to do). 

Your video also shows that your device was super fast charging, but it doesn't indicate what else was going on. 

If you've never Booted into Recovery & Wiped Cache, now might be a good time to do it.
