No, couple months ago, the rumor said Samsung will use Snapdragon CPU for S22 World wide. But about a week ago, Samsung decided to put Exynos 2200 on Europe device.

Exynos 2200 is 4nm chip. So more power less battery drain. I don't think sanpdragon will be able to achieve that with or before samsung.
