No Bluetooth playback?

I have paired a device with my Samsung S20. It won't play back through the device, only my phone. It says connected for audio and calls. I have unpaired and repeated. Same thing. It happened with ear pods as well. 

I've never into this problem before. 

Any tips please? Thank you in advance.

What manufacturer are your Bluetooth devices? 

Can you show a screen shot of your Bluetooth Paired devices?

Just Long Press on the Bluetooth Icon in your QS Tiles to see it.

You may not be able to post screen shots as you are relatively new on Samsung Members, but do you see a list of the Paired devices & a "gear" icon to the right?

If you see the "gear" icon & if you press it, what does it say?

Hi, please try Resetting your Network settings :

1.Navigate to Settings >> Search for and select Reset network settings.

2.Tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset settings again.

3.If needed, enter your phone security credentials, and then tap Reset.

Now please check it will fix your issue.
