Can someone please help? Just transferred all of my phone contents to a new s24fe but I'm unable to get a network connection. I've tried every suggestion and reinserted my sim card several times. Is this a carrier problem?
I'm unable to send/receive texts or phone calls

Transferred from what device?

You can try Resetting the Network Settings & Reboot.. See if that works for you?

If not, Contact your Carrier.

Content transferred from my previous Samsung, and I've tried that, and unfortunately, it didn't work either...waiting for Koodo to respond. Thanks

I'm guessing that the SIM was working in the Samsung phone that they transferred from.

I found on here that the issues is know and another update is in progress and I had support admitted that then at the end took it back and told me to go to a service location at my cost

Hi Georgies24fe,

We are sorry to hear this issue from you and appreciate your efforts in trying the possible troubleshooting steps.

Insert your SIM card into another phone to see if it works. If it doesn't, you may need a replacement SIM. For some carriers, the SIM card needs to be activated or registered with the new device: Contact your carrier to confirm activation. Some carriers require re-provisioning for new devices.

Thank you.
