No Notification coming in Android 13 update on s22 ultra on Notification bar

Hi, the notification doesnot come anymore on Android 13, like if i am playing music example on poweramp app, the notification use to stay persistant to change change forward & previous and play pause etc, like that many apps are not showing notification on notification bar.

Something is wrong with notification changes in Android 13.

Anyone with fixes?

Poweramp is playing song but no notification.

Its very easy to troubleshoot,

Once you goto bed, you wakeup or use phone after sometime, you see notification is not there even you play music or open app like whatsapp, instagram you see notification in app but there is nothing on notification panel, but if you reboot the device notification starts coming and then issue comes again

Tried reapplying default theme, notifications of all apps are already on, dont know what is causing issue android 12 was good

I am having the exact same issue. When a notification is received, my phone makes an audible notification tone but there is no visual accompaniment. Notification panel states "No notifications", however they are present in my notification history in system settings. I also get bubbles over the apps that received the notification, but that is all. Critical issue, when a phone doesn't receive messages. Note 20 Ultra

This affects all apps, and the only fix that worked was a cache partition wipe in root mode. However the issue appeared again within hours. Samsung Smart Tutor service was unhelpful and did not solve the issue at all.

I have already tried all the stuff, the only fix for this is to tale backup with smartswitch on pc and format factory the device from settings and restore the backup.

You have to setup your watch and purchases in gpay or spay again.

And some apps data is not backedup.

But the only solution which works

I am having the same issue after updating my Galaxy S21 to Android 13. The notifications will come up after a while all at the same time!

BTW, I love your wallpaper picture! Where did you find it?
