No work profile access

Hi all. I got a new Samsung s23 Ultra a week ago. I deleted something by accident (don't know what 🙈) and now I no longer can add Work Profile. I no longer have anything whatsoever related to work profile on my phone, no app,  or option to add or switch between profile...no mention of work profile on my settings. 

I read online to try to add an account and that it should give me the option but it does not. 

If I go to my Gmail account and try to add a work profile from there it tells me to contact my IT...I don't have any since the devise is mine.

Please help I bought this phone to be able to use it for my business as well as for personal matters. I'm totally lost. Thanks

Normally I'd say Contact your company's I.T. to add a Work Profile.

Next best thing is probably use the Secure Folder to separate your personal and business profiles.

Hi, this issue normally happens like this because the approval is basically pending from your IT admin side.

So that, you need to contact them if your device is approved or not.

Otherwise, as adviced by RedDogRabbit you can use Secure Folder to use both Work profile and Personal profile.
