The goal: I need to be able to sign up for my company Office 365 and put all applications in a Work Profile.
The background: I've had the Work Profile on my S21 and I switched companies, my former company's access has been revoked so I wanted to switch to my new company. I am not sure I did it right and instead of removing the specific account I think I might have uninstalled the support for Work Profile (is that even possible from the plain user interface?).
The issue: Now that I add the Microsoft Outlook/Drive/Office and sign up correctly the account is created in my general profile, not the Work one.
How can I force creating the Work Profile and move these apps to this profile?
Hi, we would like to inform you that, work profile is controlled by an IT admin, and the functionality available to it is set separately from the primary profile.
Please contact your company IT admin, they might help you further.
Also, you can create One work profile and multiple user profiles can be created.
