Galaxy SThe Notification Limit is not Samsung, it's Google.
If you had Root (which you can't get), you could edit this:
MAX_PACKAGE_NOTIFICATIONS
to increase the limit of Notifications.
You aren't getting ANY notifications sent to your watch?
Did you check it's Notification Settings? Sync etc?

Galaxy SBut you are getting up to 24 Notifications on your watch, right?
I wasn't sure because of this:
"I stop seeing notifications pop up and ALSO they are NOT SENT to my WATCH ....anyway to change this, to be notified regardless?"

Galaxy SK, and there's nothing you can do about it.
Samsung's One UI is based on Google's Android 13, so other than the stock reply of, "we will take this as valuable feedback", it's doubtful to change.

Galaxy SIf it deleted the oldest Notifications, you can be pretty sure that others would say that would be equally annoying, as they did not see the oldest Notifications and they were the most important Notifications for them.

Galaxy SYour conjecture is baseless. This is the behavior on iPhone, and no one complains about it. I can't imagine why anyone would prefer not receiving any more notifications to losing the oldest one.
