Galaxy S
I am having issues not being able to download anything from Disney+. The error message says no connection while using the Secure WiFi paid app. For a month now i have been trying at different WiFi locations. Also, the Secure WiFi isn't automatically protecting while connectibg to unsecured WiFi.
Can this be fixed or are others experiencing the same waste of money ?

There is a Samsung article about secure wifi and streaming apps.
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00089784/
I would also go the the Secure WiFi app in settings>apps and delete the data and start again.

Galaxy SHi, you can choose which apps will use data via Secure Wi-Fi.
It also depends on carrier, or network environment. Unfortunately, some apps or websites may not allow a Secure Wi-Fi connection.
However, as advised by slinkyaroo you can delete the data and start again.
Thank you slinkyaroo.

There is another issue: For the times it has been engaged, I do not see 1 Byte even for its protection history.
