@Google - if others with the same Carrier as you have received the update - You can try to get the update using Smart Switch (apparently some people have reported being able to get the update using smart switch if OTA wasn't working for them?).
You could also try Rebooting your phone (if you haven't already) and see if Software Update in Settings "discovers" the OTA 🐧

I'm on freedom too and my S9+ recieved an update on June 4th. it contained the May security patch.
if you can't get the update OTA maybe try smart Switch.

Same issue happened to me!! Stupid OTA never even showed up so I plugged in my phone to PC and opened Smart Switch. New update showed up there.

updates roll out in batches. I had to wait a week to get a security patch. if you want fast updates then the Pixels are waiting..
