Betas were not available in Canada. The official Android 12 and optimization update for Canadians is being released on November 23.

I didn't receive the update n I have an s21 n I just checked n there's nothing

Oh it drives me crazy when nowadays people don't even try spell words in full ... Our phones predict the words from the first letters. What is "n" "n".... so da*n and low... I will share a secret with you, the s21 is not a right Tech for you. Go back to flip phones and T9 where one letter represents a whole lot. LoL. Can't argue this.

Will e-sim/dual sim be enabled in V4.0 for Canadians or is that only for US?

That's likely to be determined, by whatever arrangement exists, between Samsung Canada & the Canadian Carriers... It's certainly not a hardware issue.
