I have an S23 with Bell in Canada. I still haven't received the one ui 5.1.1 update. I even have the septembre security patch, is there a reason for this, and is there a date for when it will be here?

S23 series isn't getting One UI V5.1.1

Your device will be receiving the One UI V6.0 update, end of October, early November.
