The whole world is on Android 14 update, but this 3rd world country Canada hasn't received an update yet 😕 and doesn't have beta programs

At the moment, the Galaxy S23 One UI 6 stable update is live in Asian countries, including India. The update is coming with firmware version number S91*BXXU3BWJM. In some countries, the update may be available for only beta participants first, then it will be made available to all other normal users

No kidding so if they are already releasing it in Cambodia then they have already released it throughout SE Asia. By the way a lot of Samsung manufacturing is done in countries like Cambodia and Vietnam.
