Canada receives the tail end as always. What bothers and annoys is the lack of responsiveness by Samsung for repeated complaints like this, we make every year, and seem to fall on deaf ears.
You have a bunch of outsourced moderators, they call themselves reps of Samsung, who post scripted text off and on, and that's about it.
I am one of probably thousands who are frustrated and considering moving out.

What does the CRTC have to do with a software upgrade

They are the Telecommunications regulator in Canada and always seems to have the last say on what phone providers can do.

I have a S23÷ and patiencely waiting for the one UI 6.0 update and for some reason Canada seems to be the last country to get the update. We couldn't even get the Betas in Canada . Yes I think the CRTC might have something to do with it.

I find that very hard to believe...the CRTC would not be involved in software upgrades, they have literally no technical expertise or personnel to review updates to software.

When I asked the question, and said the same thing, 2 people jumped to insult me and saying that I am an ignorant. Their talking points seemed to be aligned with Samsung Canada, so, maybe they are just paid to do that. Whenever an OUI is coming out, Canada is between the last countries to receive it.
