Kind of misleading headline.. 

While it's quite likely that the S25 series will have One UI V7.1, it will take the remaining eligible devices some time to receive it, as they will eventually receive One UI V7.0, and remain on it for some time.

Article seems to be on the margin of Click-BAIT.
