The chat representative left me on seen didn't reply me for half an hour and then closed the conversation. That's really bad Customer service experience.

Their phone support is also useless. All you can do is wait.

Samsung partners with a lot of companies to operate in Canada. The Samsung Experience Store is operated by OSL, the same company that operated Wal-Mart Wireless. Kinda wish they make a little more effort in Canada to offer first party support.
