Just completed an Order online at Samsung Canada site and the status is stuck as Waiting for Approval. Was able to order few other items from the same site and those statuses are Processing which is expected. I have received the Order Acknowledgement email but did not receive the Order confirmation email yet after 1+ hours. CC an anyone help ?

- On the Members app go to the Community tab.
- Click on your profile picture and username.
- Click on Direct message.
