Order Status Stuck as Waiting for Approval

Just completed an Order online at Samsung Canada site and the status is stuck as Waiting for Approval. Was able to order few other items from the same site and those statuses are Processing which is expected. I have received the Order Acknowledgement email but did not receive the Order confirmation email yet after 1+ hours. CC an anyone help ?

1. On the Members app go to the Community tab.
2. Click on your profile picture and username.
3. Click on Direct message.

Hmm. I can understand. I believe my issue also took around 72 hrs to get resolved.

Well let see, the promo end in 72 hours I just hope they won't mess up and I lose it
