The new update sucks!!! All of my settings for app notifications have changed and I can't get them back to how I had them. Also, one of my apps won't give me notifications anymore, and yes I have notifications turned on!!
Try turning off notifications, reboot and turn it back on. Try cache wipe from android recovery. Try going into notifications settings and double check apps are enabled. If all else fails, backup all important data and do a factory reset through android recovery.
