paused download

Hi. I started the latest download and now it is stuck on paused. I tried turning phone off and on again. Nothing. I connected to a PC using Smart Switch and still nothing. I have a Galaxy S9

Did you try Rebooting as opposed to Power Off & On?

You can also go to Settings - Apps - Three Dot Menu Top Right - Show System Apps - Search for Update - Clear Cache & Data for Software Update - Reboot & try to Download the OTA Update again.

Also verify your WiFi / Mobile Data connections.

As @Shaggyskunk1 and @mytech mentioned. Please make sure that your device has Enough Storage and try to clear cache and data for Software update and then try to update manually. Get back to us with the result.
