phone cancels MMS

I am having an issue when I try to send a picture through samsung messaging app that on random contacts the picture will instantly show a canceled message when I hit send. Anybody else having this issue or know a fix?

Please make sure that you have an active mobile data connection when you are sending the MMS and

If you are in areas with weak signals, move to another area and try again. Get back to us with the result.

Mine and My wifes phone also have this problem. s10 plus. seems to have started right after last update

Hello Kinsley yes I have tried other areas and I shut my wifi off to ensure mobile data was used i have LTE+ and full bars

Please try to Wipe the cache partition and check if it works. Follow the link provided by @mytech, for the steps to Wipe the cache partition.

tried mytech advise ..when followed the link and clicked on my phone nothing happens???

Hi @SweetPotatoe,

Please follow the below steps to wipe the cache partition of your device:

Switch off the phone using the power key >> Press and hold Volume up and power key at the same time for 1-2 minutes>> Release the keys once you see the Samsung Logo >> Press the Volume up button to get into the recovery mode >> In recovery mode, use the Volume keys to navigate between options >> Select “Wipe Cache Partition” >> Select “Yes” >> Reboot the device once the wipe cache partition process is complete.
