Hello. I need to see my phone history/usage on a specific date and the time of day. All uses and what it was whether it's a text, email, YouTube or app download. Everything. A full history on one specific day and what time. How do I do that on a Samusung s23 cell phone?
Thanks

Hi scott14,

You can check your phone usage history on a specific date and time using different methods on your Samsung Galaxy S23.

Check Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls (Best for App Usage): Samsung’s Digital Wellbeing tracks app usage, including what time and how long you used each app.

Go to Settings → Digital Wellbeing & parental controls. Tap Dashboard or Screen time to view app usage by time of day. Tap on a specific app to see detailed usage times for that day.

If you received notifications from texts, emails, or apps, you might find timestamps here. Go to Settings → Notifications → Advanced settings. Tap Notification history to view past alerts with timestamps.

Thank you.

Hi scott14,

If you don't see "Dashboard" or "Screen time" in Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls, try these steps to check your app usage history:

Check Digital Wellbeing for App Usage: Open Settings. Search for "Digital Wellbeing" in the search bar at the top. Tap "Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls."

If you see a graph or breakdown of your usage, tap it to view details.

You can also use Device Care to Check App Activity: Open Settings. Scroll down and select Battery & Device Care. Tap Battery > View details under "Battery usage". You'll see a list of apps and the time they were used.

Thank you.
