Pop Up Notification Won't Stop

Several apps continue to show pop up notifications when I have the pop up turned off in all app settings. I've tried changing from sound only to sound and pop up then back to sound only hoping it would reset but annoying pop ups continue. S8 plus with current software updates done. Any advice?

Hi Gaffer, Could you please let us know the model number of your Samsung device. Please check if the "Smart pop-up view" is disabled in the Settings >> Advanced features.

s8 plus model. Smart pop up was on, now disabled and will wait for confirmation when news app notifications come through. Thank you!

@Gaffer  There is a good possibility that pop ups are caused from some app that you installed about the time that your problem started.

Try uninstalling these apps and see if it helps
