Preordered S22 Ultra status shows "on the way" but hasn't showed up yet.

My S22 Ultra preorder is past it's delivery date but their are no details about where it is or when it will arrive. The status is currently "on the way" but I cannot find any details and have not received any updates or communication on it's whereabouts.

Does anyone know a way to track the delivery of a samsung order? Any idea how long it takes to arrive once the status changes to "on the way"?

Once your order is actually on the way you will get an email with a tracking #.
Unfortunately Samsung Canada ordering and shipping system needs major fixing.

Received a "production of your Galaxy S22 Series smartphone begun" email a while ago. Nothing since the status was changed to "on the way".

It's too bad I have to check in on a forum (after waiting forever for support chat) to find out what is going on. I wonder what CRM Samsung is using? You would expect high levels of customer service for their high end products.

Same for me still waiting my s22 ultra sky blue, is on the way for like 4 days, no tracking or email just an email 2 weeks ago that said that I should expect to receive it by 4 weeks, I'm disappointed about their customer support they even cancel without reason my first order, called them and said to me they gonna call me back the next day, they never called me back so I called them and they said I need to pay with PayPal because it won't proceed with credits cards if the shipping address don't match the billing address. I won't shop at samsung for my next phone.
